Distributor & Dealer Claims Management
Distributor and dealer claims management is how a manufacturer receives, validates, approves and settles the claims its channel partners raise — scheme claims, price protection, warranty and deduction recoveries — across a multi-tier network. In India these settle largely through GST credit notes on distributor-reported data, so the hard part is validating each claim against its agreement before money moves. These guides cover the claim lifecycle, approval workflows and the software that runs them.
